Rupali Bank Limited, Gofargaon branch has opened an account titled "Humanitarian Assistance Fund for Rohingyas" (account number: 396) for humanitarian assistance from Rohingyas from Gofargaon upazila. Those people in Gofargaon upazila who are interested in helping Rohingyas are requested to submit support to the account number. The deposited support to the account number will be forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner, Mymensingh along with the Deputy Commissioner, Cox's Bazar. It has been discouraged from helping people to go directly to Cox's Bazar for proper management of Rohingyas relief. This account will be jointly organized by Upazila Nirbahi Officer and Upazila Project Implementing Officer.
